Chamber lines up with barrel, bolt would probably not be able to travel far enough to the rear to eject a casing being almost level with the trigger mechanism, but whatever. Probably one of the better unique gun designs I've seen in terms of "is it even a functional firearm". Pretty much the only real downside is the pointlessly high height over bore of the sighting system, even without the red dot (or maybe its a super cool future sight, dunno).
