Thought “it can’t be thaaat bad of a form I bet it’ll just be a poor backlift” n then I saw it, I fuckin winced I would’ve felt that shit in my spine for 3 days straight if I did something like that

There seems to have been a notable increase in Stella being dominant recently. (Good.)

As someone who doesn't work out, even I know that's not how you lift. Back straight, use your legs instead. That's the very first thing that gets taught if you decide to go learn any physically demanding work. The point is that your legs are much stronger than your spine and they won't break as easily.
The bar not being close to the shins is easy to explain with Digigrade legs. The form is bad right out the gate, she starts the lift way too high and only has put half her lower body into it. The way she can just hold the bar away from herself is fucking impossible at any proper deadweight lift. Also, where the fuck are the shoulders at the peak? There is zero locking in at all. The only positive thing I can say is that her back is rock solid into the pull, but I don't think that was intentional as way too much of the lift is just stiffly animated. That, is the OPENING movement. The rep, holy shit it goes right out the window the MOMENT she fucking bends over to lower the weight. What in the fuck is that? Maybe animators should actually watch some professional lifters as references if they are going to show off characters working out?

She's gonna blow her back out before she blows mine smh

I think I genuinely blushed while watching this.

I’m in danger
