Everyone say it with me: I have no explanation for this, and even if I had one, I wouldn't give it. I like the idea of painful and perhaps deadly situations being, well, not. Bathing in boiling oil? Eh, that's just Tuesday afternoon for our squirrel friend. Between that and "compost kink":https://e621.net/posts/5544332, I don't know whether to be concerned or not. Eh, I'll draw weirder still.
