Max is genuinely concerned and sad for her life. Love how its juxtaposed with a poster saying "Be Happy, Drink Coffee!". 4.) Prior to Max and Ms. Holly agreeing to engaging in sexual activity. He tells her that she's genuinely beautiful and attractive (both in appearance and personality) ignoring her voluptuous appearance. His reassurance causes Holly to become simultaneously flustered, mildly aroused, but most importantly touching her heart. 5.) Sure she playfully tricks him but compared to Max's previous sexual encounters. Ms. Holly actually treats him very lovingly (due to being a mother) and actually asks him for consent to have sex (which Max actually accepts). I always preferred sex that turns out very intimate, heartfelt, and slow (aka "Gentle Sex") over Rough Sex. Those green flags tells me that Max is going to have the happiest and cutest sexual experience with Holly. And compared to prior episodes he truly deserves it! :)
