As stated in her ref sheet, the rays on Lucia's halo slowly rotate clockwise, and though she was a little bit miffed about it, Lucia obliged to Ruby's request to have it recorded. As Ruby put it "It'll help future artists not have to worry about the placement!". Thankfully Lucia's as meta aware as Ruby, so she at least knew what this meant and couldn't help but agree.
