So because this is the blue ribbon reissue, the credits cuts out entirely. Because of that, I'll list the full credits to the people who involved working on this short. And this would go the same for most blue ribbon reissues in 1943 to 1956. (Except for the rereleased short that has the original theatrical release titles and sequence intact.)

h2.Credits:
DIRECTOR - Bob Clampett
STORY - Warren Foster
ANIMATION - Rob Scribner, Rev Channey, Robert McKimson, Virgil Ross, Sidney Sutherland
VOICES - Mel Blanc, Tedd Pierce
LAYOUTS - Michael Sasanoff
BACKGROUNDS - Rich H. Thomas
FILM EDITOR - Treg Brown
MUSICAL DIRECTION - Carl W. Stalling

Also, the original title of this short thankfully isn't lost. It is partially found as a pencil layout which you can check in the "Gallery" section on https://looneytunes.fandom.com/wiki/A_Tale_of_Two_Kitties.

I kinda hope they bring back cartoons like this. I miss the classic looney tools and all that

This cartoon is public domain due to Warner Brothers failing to renew copyright terms in 1969. (See my explanation in the comments on post #5430324 for why this is a thing.) I should note the cutoff date for "28 +67" copyright is 1964, as the "Copyright Renewal Act":https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_Renewal_Act_of_1992 made renewing copyrights automatic. America switched to a flat term in 1978 (the shorter of 120y from creation or 95y from publication).
