The tag was originally just chubby, but it was renamed into slightly chubby so that people would realize that it's not meant for overweight characters. Seems that the renaming does not always get taggers to take the hint.
Anyways in future if you see incorrectly applied tags such as this, you can remove them from the edit link below the image.
