She's the admiral of a large pirate fleet formed by fused pokemon (As she is I fact a fusion between Nidoqueen and Machamp), and she's respected and feared by her crew.

Those deep blue colors are her body plates. If Interested I post a version of the pic with all the same colors.

The origin of this idea came thanks to the actual fandom (or fanon, don't know) related to fusion pokemon. More precisely with Pokemon Infinite Fusion. You should look at it. Some of the sprites made for it are pretty good.
