I mean, the SCP Foundation works OUTSIDE of all current active governments. Yes, they are in good standing with many nations, they are not a government agency themselves. The Foundation falls under the purview of a private research organization...and PMC. So, destruction of GOVERNMENT property? No. Just private property. Much less severe a crime.
They wont hold you for being a nuance. They will just send you away from their district. They don't care. As long as you aren't hurting civilians. An most Government officials just put what you did to their property on a record and charge a fine. Honestly they do not care. UNLESS someone important is coming over soon. Then they will lock you up.
Now that's a Cop that can protect and serve. now, the real question is.. does she take bribes? i need to know.

Honestly, if I were BBS I probably would've pulled a classic gamer move known as "Pressing 0" and slicing my own neck with the knife in the vest. Technically she wouldn't be accounting for that! Normally BBS is the best part of these animations, however, TheBredFactory's voice work for the rat goddess was the highlight of this; absolutely loved it!!! I can honestly say that is some of her best non-lewd voiceork! Of course that wouldn't be possible if not for some of the best dialogue yet from Turbo!
