It took a year to get this finished, but it was absolutely worth the wait. I'd been looking forward to working with [fa]ebikiyo[/fa] for a long time because they're so good, and in the end as an apology for the wait they went above and beyond with the story length. This is maybe the most specifically-targeted work I could possibly commission from someone, meant to not only appeal to all of the gender feelings I've been experiencing over the past few years but also hit the nostalgia I have for the area I grew up in, how wonderful the furry fandom is for expressing yourself, and even taking into account my fixation with boobmews and how they represent femininity to me.

I suppose you could say it's like a love letter to the fandom and all my time in it.

Honestly, I think I could have pushed Charlie to lean harder on the speechfucking aspects, but that would have sacrificed some of the good emotional bits so I think this is maybe the best possible story I could have asked for. And, as it turned out, it makes for a fitting goodbye note, since I've moved on from the mountains now...
