This is Carnival city at night.

The enchantment in Carnival city is capable of creating many different displays in the night skies, from planets being destroyed, Supernova, to the creation of entire galaxies. This display is called the Fire Nebula its a yellowish green light shining in the night skies surrounded by cold black clouds, giving off the feel of flames high above the atmosphere. Its one of the more common ones that appear and is a beloved display of many civilians.
