Felicity really wanted to play with a balloon... so she got herself one.

Took some convincing, but she convinced by promising to not make him too big. But as everyone knows, "big" is relative >:)

Now a helpless balloon, he better be ready as that hose ain't coming out anytime soon, he's her plaything now~
