Universal basic anatomy for the human frame, but surprisingly a lot of guys overall don't understand this. Another vague example would be that many don't look at basic horse anatomy and don't know where the horses vag is, they think there is just a large rear hole. Kinda comparable to artists putting tails too far up the back- mostly on the other site. e621 - that's a poor explanation but the best I can do right now.
