Perry is the local bully and fierce rival to Casey when it comes to battling. The moment the pika joined the league, he felt like his thunder was getting stolen, so he started to bully him just like how he bullied Calvin. However no matter how many times he throws the F word out, it doesn’t change the fact that he does have those feelings buried deep down, so who knows. Maybe one day someone will crack his exterior to get him to be more comfortable with himself!
