From a later section of my comic.  Mandy and Sandra sometimes sneak down to the basement of the old, abandoned Gym building at Tempered Trails and engage in off-hack workouts and "training sessions".  The asbestos in the gym building walls and structure (besides likely someday giving them cancer) will obscure the signals from their biometric tracking chip implants, thus hiding them from security scan while they are down there.  They shouldn't get caught though--the gym building is off-limits, due to it's structural decay and dust/mildew/mold, and entering the old building is forbidden to staff and students.
