Some more experimentation, still trying to find something to differentiate Tapi from other pachirisu.  This is better, but not quite the mark yet.

A pachirisu from the old west who made a habit of stealing food in the settlement that would eventually become Nimbasa City.  She's mates with an eevee and is the proud mother of their child.
