I made this today from the Unofficial Universal Theme Parks cookbook and the taste was fine. Some of the cheese came out, either because I put too much in it or I didn't seal the dough good. Now the one in this picture is big because I didn't spread the dough out wide enough before folding it. The other one, not pictured, is at a normal size.
