I'm back, from a long absence, thanks to the generosity of a returning patron. Gallipoli was hard for the Anzac forces - never again!

Regarding this piece - I like the composition, I think it feels nice, but the colors... oh man, I used an oldie poster as an inspiration but would have loved to know how and where to put much more saturated and unexpected colors. I guess I was quite rusty for this one... I spent quite a bit of time on the face and expression And believe these turned out pretty well.
