The party is watching as the realities are fully separated. The human world and the pokemon world will never touch again, by their own doing. With that, a calamity is staved off, though the resolution is bitter sweet. What had been friends are now to drift apart, drawn by different duties now.

Thunk is going to go off and pull Trinity Springs into the real world to now help the pokemon of the world. He's the caretaker of the town now, and its emissary as it rejoins the real world.
