After a day or so from opening the box, Chole got so horny that she asked her boyfriend, Kyle, to have sex with her. With the help of Kyle's sperm, the duodecaplets reincarnation began. Now in the present, Chole is 9 months pregnant with the reincarnated 12 souls, though overdue till the 10th month.

This was drawn as part of a collaboration. One of my Discord friends has a story where a mother incubates 12 children, few of them having special abilities. My friend approached me with the idea that Chloe could be the mother of the twelve children. I agreed to it, but then they asked if I could draw Chloe massively pregnant, to go along with their idea. Because of how busy I was (and still am) with my other drawings, I couldn't get it done, so they asked their friend Jay31 to draw it instead.

Also, if you don't know who Kyle is, he is Chloe's boyfriend.
