This takes place at the beginning of Covid, but in the end it would become a mandala effect when Agent 15 "Takes care of" the problem.
Iapetus is now a Kangaroo rat; he, with Donovan and Jonathan Swift (age 16) head to Berkley Square to close a tear in the fabric of time and botch the job.  This would connect to Issue 2.
