Felt like drawing another tiny Tempest and was inspired by a older piece made by [Ttsitra360](/tags/artist-colon-tsitra360) of Shiny and a tiny Cadence which I use as reference, decided to use my OC with her this time but I might do alternate with Twilight instead of Dust at some point maybe no promises lol
