Oh those 1930's artists, such gooners
This looks like a ***really*** adult 1930's cartoon character, like something from an old Betty Boop cartoon or that old "Buried Treasure" animated short.
While I've personally never seen the appeal in this design (Can I get some Pinkie Pie in my Pinkie Pie design?) I appreciate the work being put into this, it moves nicely.
