Had this idea over my stint without my art pad. I've wanted to take some ideas from my zone 63 Rouge and make them into an OC since they never really fit Rouge. So here he is! Noct or Nocturne, he can control Shadows, create illusions and even hypnotize others with certain patterns. He's a big flirt, and as a vampire he does need blood--- but he's not some super natural being! If people want to believe he is he's never shy'd away from embellishing such stories.
