This was the Irish drink I wanted to make yesterday for St. Patrick's Day. I made it from the Unofficial Disney Parks Drink Recipe book. The foam on top is from the ice cream that was in it after I just opened a bottle and poured over it. I didn't wait for the foam to subside, because it was taking too long to do so. So I just went ahead and poured the chocolate sauce over it. Anyway, the taste was too bitter for me to drink, even when I mixed it altogether. It was my first time tasting stout and I didn't like it. So I just spat out the sip and poured the drink down the drain.
