Ceel was a soldier in the Gungan Grand Army who was knocked unconscious during the battle on Naboo with the Trade Federation. When he awoke, he found himself alone in a strange land without weapons, armor, or clothing. Shortly thereafter, he was captured by slavers who made the strange alien a pony slave, forcing him to pull carts and wagons while bound, bridled, and naked like an animal. At first rebellious, Ceel gradually came to enjoy the peace and tranquility of his new life. When the city guard came to purchase slaves to become war ponies, Ceel was an obvious choice due to his fighting prowess and overall fitness. Now a proud war pony of the city guard, Ceel patrols the city and helps keep the peace, completely comfortable in his new life.
