This is Rimfire, Modo's nephew from [i]Biker Mice from Mars[/i], serving a life sentence as a war pony for sedition, treason and terrorism against the Empire of Plutark. His bindings are of nigh-indestructible Plutarkian steel, meaning they can never be removed. Even in the unlikely event he were rescued, he would still be stuck wearing them. Fortunately, most war ponies accept their fates after a few months and become loyal, obedient slaves of the Empire, serving as guards, sentries, and beasts of war throughout its holdings. Many are several generations removed from their original stock and have never known any other life. Of course, they are not permitted to wear clothing, the general consensus being that keeping slaves naked serves as a constant reminder that they are only animals and have nothing of their own. After he is properly broken in, his cockring/ballcuff device will be unlocked occasionally to permit him to breed more slaves for the Empire. May this former rebel have a long and productive life!
