Solace was going on a walk when Zeevee stomped on him. While Zeevee, as usual for Eevee, is small, this time he's at least the size of a large house. Not only that, but he wanted a lot of paw fun with another paw lover.

Plus, he had one extra gift.

As mentioned before, this is a birthday gift for Zeevee (whose birthday is today, January 6th) and Solace (whose birthday is January 3rd). So, what better story for them than a shortie involving paws and macro fun?
