One of many reasons that daedric prince Sheogorath should not have access to modern literature. Sure Skyrim is now doomed, but at least the Sleeping Giant Inn has an extra set of scaly hands keeping the place nice and clean, and is very popular with the customers.

[/quote] Not to mention more than one of them is actually talking (basically only Arngier would be talking as the very voice of the others would obliterate those that aren’t dragonborn) meaning the damn Daedric curse of The Mad Prince has already taken ahold of them just by the mere initial presence of curse bearers. Of course the greybeards could also be potentially be so high off I dunno.. hist sap or something that it somehow lead the other 3 to relearning how to speak Tamereliac Common without causing harm to normal mortals.
It feels like it's probably bad writing, but this isn't exactly a serious story, and part of me is really amused by the fact that these dudes instantly knew what was going on. XD Hopefully though, they have some way to at least let them communicate a little better: I feel like this would be more interesting if they weren't constantly sidetracked by nonsense. Actually, he was just... "having fun" exploring the world and doing sidequests before he got cursed into the one and (somehow) the Definitive Version of Lifts-Her-Tail.
