Long story short, my brother-in-law gave me essentially a whole Necron army when he moved out, since I had recently gotten painting minis, and he wasn't gonna do anything with them. He said I should add a Monolith, and since I'm not dropping that kinda money on plastic anytime soon, I decided to do my first scratch build.

Warhammer has never really been my thing, despite trying several times t get into it. This hasn't really changed that. I'm not into the game itself, and James is a fucknugget that can take a long WAAAAAGH of a short pier.

That said, I'm in the dumpster already, and this has become a compelling project for its own sake. I'm going to complete this, and the rest of the army, then find something to do with them. Long way to go, but I'll get there.
