I decided to remake the images of Libra in her Despair uniform.

Libra joined the Covenant of Despair briefly, thinking based on their talking points that they just wanted mobians to be treated better by humans. She soon realized that Despair wanted to dominate (or kill) the humans, and she was quick to leave them. She kept the uniform, though.
