While Von Zeppelin isn't that much of a threat, there are plenty of other villains that some heroes might find above their paygrade.  Razzle and Dazzle break in on a strange new facility and find themselves joining the facility's employ in a very visceral way as a couple of barely sentient, very capable synthetic toys.   Well, at least they have each other~
