A few moments after the quiet, flash-less click of the camera, a voice comes over the loudspeaker, "Alright, their mugshots are uploading. Processing kept getting the two of them mixed up, so they'll be sharing a cell for the time being until we can get that sorted. For now, just keep them chained and take them down for fingerprinting together." Glancing towards the one-way mirror, the raccoon nods before approaching the two inmates-to-be, holding a small bundle of latex and leather. With quick and practiced hands, they wordlessly slip a hood over one of the inmates heads - once Rocky, now 4967 - before following it with a leather muzzle, strapped tight and padlocked.

Feeling a pair of eyes on them as they finish with 4967, the raccoon spares a quick glance at the other inmate - Chip, now 4968 - who's watching them with a sort of nervous anticipation. Seeing that, the raccoon lets out an amused exhale as they ready the hood for the other hyena, "Eyes on the wall, inmate." Moments later, as the buckles of 4968's muzzle are pulled tight, the raccoon whispers to them in between the clicking of padlocks,, "I'll let that slide, just this once, you don't want a demerit before you've even seen your cell, do you?" The raccoon finishes by clipping a chain leash to their collar, and giving it a firm tug, "Now, follow."

With that command, the two inmates blindly follow the tug of their rattling chains -- their next stop is fingerprinting (after which, mittens will be fitted over their hands and padlocked.)
