Warren is an unusually-sexed member of his barbarian tribe, which has left him as both a curiosity and something to exploit for the tribe's elders. When his atypical sex isn't being used to for political ploys or a reward for other warriors, his tribe expects him to serve as sexual relief for the un-partnered males, and lacking contraceptives, he's almost perpetually pregnant from an unknown sire. He enjoys topping and leading sexual encounters, but he's almost always relegated to a submissive, receptive role.

While he enjoys fighting, he's typically restricted to a training and/or nurturing role due to his gravidity and value as a political pawn. Though not particularly satisfied with his life, he's far too loyal to his tribe to think of abandoning his people or seriously pushing back against their elders.
