A special and rare Eevolution thats only possible if an Eevee consumes a rare and exotic plant, the Royal Persian Shield, alternately, a Eevee can achieve this amazing transformation with a rare stone in order to evolve into this unique Lefeaon variant. The purple Leafeon was the primary idea, but then i wanted a white twin.
