This episode of Loupy & friends is called "Fishing"
Finn the monkey suggested to play pretend fishing with the plastic fishing rod available at the daycare. But going for the plastic fishes on the ground quickly became boring, so Finn suggested pretending to be fishing in the high seas. But we needed a bait, and the monkey handed me a sock... and to my surprise, I had quite the bite...

Loupy was looking for something to play with at daycare. Finn suggested playing with the fishing game, but going for plastic fishes laying on the ground quickly became boring. So to spice up the game Finn suggested pretending to be fishing on the high seas. That would be easy to pretend - the puppy's soggy diaper already made it feel like they were on the ocean. All Loupy needed was bait, but what could catch the big fishies? Then monkey handed Loupy a sock. He shrugged and cast the line. ...

Then Loupy's prey breached the surface and they saw the potential catch – a rare Sock Shark.
Catching it would be quite the battle, but The wolf breathed a sigh of relief, being barefoot meant if it pulled the little wolf overboard the only thing the they risked loosing was the bait.
