Kazimir Danika, the notorious anarcho-serial killer from the city of Bekh, abductor (and lover?) of 9yo Abby Naenia. Guilty of numerous crimes including rape, murder, sex trafficking, and heresy. He's the number one enemy of the state, which might normally make him pretty cool if he wasn't so evil. Or maybe that makes him extra cool.
