Has he eaten enough that he can't get any further into the hallway? It's a gamble that many make around him, usually incorrectly. Anyway, he likes them calorie dense so he tends to prioritize the ones who can't waddle away quickly. Nerd sweat gets him a little excited and, while his self-control was always poor, it gets even worse when he smells Magic cards. Do NOT let him into the gaming room.
