One of the tricky things with at-home TF regimens is that you eventually reach the point where you can't "handle" your medicine.

Everyone I know agrees that their new not-quite-hands are totally worth it, though~

A cowgirl, halfway between being human and fully cow, is having trouble uncapping an auto-injector pen. It's tricky having hoof-hands, after all. The udder makes it impossible to wear pants too, despite still being (just-barely) bipedal.
