ugh why is being a functioning adult(tm) so hard?

taxes, being unemployed, societal isolation
i can't stand all the faces
so many faces. ugh.
i think i'm going to become a void creature for a bit

zentai is a breath of fresh air to line
i still have to sketch out the body shapes
but i can mostly skip out on drawing loose clothing
though i dont want to get too complacent with how i currently it because i dont even draw tight clothes that well
i keep not noticing where the pulling and pressure points would be to make the spandex fold, and i keep being unsure how to apply spandex references for how it folds to my work

same with shading, shading spandex in a way clearly distinct from glossier materials is pretty hard in my cel-shaded pixel art style
