Keke, like her fellow Cleaning Helper Broom Hatter, is an apprentice witch, she is practicing transforming things to balls, but suddenly Joe and Poppy unintentionally got in a way and she accidentally turned them into balls, much to their dismay.

Keke is rather shocked about it, Knuckle Joe's annoyed yet it felt different than his spikeball monster transformation (From the curse he was born with) from Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, Poppy Bro Jr. however isn't too bothered by it.

Also, this year is the 20th anniversary of Kirby Canvas Curse and the 10th anniversary of Kirby and the Rainbow Curse.
