I made this for dinner from Aimee Wood's Unofficial Legend of Zelda cookbook. I was trying to focus on only the fish pieces on my plate since they looked better than they did in the skillet pan. The taste was just not my favorite and I think it's because I added too much lemon juice. I should probably use just a tiny amount next time.
