Funny thing is when I first started this comic I wanted to copy the PMD arstyle a lot more, realised very quickly that was a bad idea. Right now it would just result in me falling back into some old bad habits, stressing every frame doesn’t look right... I have to be doing my own thing, I have to be comfortable, at least starting out. But I’m all for evolving the comic and it would be really fun if I could pull a look off like this in future pages and not slow it down too much.

Spent an entire night doing this however, learning the vhs technique I’ve used in quite a few things since then, learning how to best shrink it to look convincing because I really wanted to do at least ONE thing to my name lore/style accurate. Held it in all this time.  Absolutely did not want to show it until those latest pages were up.

I guess in some alternate universe out there somewhere, this whole thing opened a little differently. ^^’

(Also in my opinion this is one of the best pictures I’ve ever done.

Bet it gets like 10 views. ^^)
