The idea behind this is that it probably takes place during the climax of No Way Home, when the multiverse is breaking down, bringing in all the different spider-man villains. In some back alley somewhere, far away from the action, AJ Connors encounters a different Curt Connors/Lizard variant — in heat. Pheromones spread, AJ gets into Curt’s friskiness, and they have a wild bout of wholesome, natural, educational lizard mating before being sent back to their respective universes.
