Shinigami from Rain Code (the purple one) and Sirei from The Hundred Line (the whitish one with the weirdly-drawn brain). Hard to tell since they're both just ovals, but it's interspecies because ghost + robot.

Shadow on the ground was kinda just randomly done, so I'm sorry if it doesn't entirely match. Lines might also be somehow wonkier than normal as hand didn't really want to behave itself (and I'm just bad at doing circular/ovular things anyway). Sirei's hands/arms are a bit strange-looking but I gave up fixing things, tbh. There's a no dialogue version too if you prefer that.
