It's late at night and the little one is sleeping soundly in their crib. Curled up with a bunch of their stuffy friends. Having wonderful dreams of impossible adventures. They are so soft & perfect for cuddling. Sometimes he even buries himself under them. And they do their job well of protecting their princess from bad dreams and monsters in the dark. He loves them all so much!

But as he slumbers, a forgotten feeling builds inside of him as a waterfall forms in his dreams. His dreaming mind never once questioning how improbable it would be to suddenly came across one inside of a castle.

Were he still a grown up, this is when he would have likely woken up with a dire urge to use the toilet. But Jordan isn't a grown up anymore. In fact, his potty training is long gone. Which means that he can't hold it while sleeping anymore. Instead he just goes without ever leaving dreamland.

It' a good thing he is wearing his night time diapers! Or he would be waking up to a lot of dirty laundry. But it turned out to be too much for his onesie, as the snaps pop open from the pressure.

While some would lament such a loss of nighttime control, it really is much better this way. Because he sleeps so much better now that he isn't waking up to use the potty multiple times a night! He has never felt as well rested than he does now.

I may not have a crib, but I do sleep with a bunch of stuffed animals! Enough that they take up half of the bed. It's just so comfy to cuddle up with them at night. It's at the point where I have to take a stuffie with me to sleep when I travel. <3
