Having just thrown off the shackles of their oppressors, the planet Muffnar isn’t too crazy about joining under the Federation’s banner. But given how much more vulnerable they would be outside, her majesty, Queen F’Jauxshee has decided to enter into negotiations.

Though any serious attempts to diplomacy went out the window when she saw who would be the ambassador to negotiations ahead of time.
