"A tiny mistake"

During his time learning how to make potions, the lizard on the right was given a test where he had to make a specific potion that involved sea salt. While he couldn't find that kind, and was told not to do any substitutions, surely table salt wouldn't change the effect much? Well, it would.

The moment he added that in, the mixture exploded, and the fumes made him begin to shrink! He tried his best to cure himself, even once he was stuck at a few inches tall, but he couldn't figure it out before his teacher came in to check on him. He almost wanted to just hide so he wouldn't have to explain that he intentionally went against what he'd been taught... But he kind of needed to get back to normal, so he had no choice but to explain and face the embarrassment.
