I spent alot more time editing this one and made custom brushes in Sai2 that are calibrated for AI specific edit work. Along with regular drawing brushes. All-in-all that time editing seems to have payed off since this one looks pretty good to me, but I still got room to improve.
(The cum is %100 hand drawn btw)

Image #2 is the original images as it was generated.
Image #3 is a downscaled version of the first one (4096x4096 to 1024x1024)
