Both characters are adults, just very short.

Willow snuck up to Mavis and tampered with her diaper again. This time, it was an excessive amount of Coke and Mentos. Willow then charged at Mavis like a bull, but swerved around it, to the elf/imp hybrid's confusion. And then Willow came back from behind and burst the diaper with her horn. Willow did have a spare diaper for Mavis, but she got rocketed away from the building pressure of the Coke and Mentos foam. Maybe Willow will do something nice next time they cross paths...
